Resurfacing Considerations for Condominum Complex, 2003.
In this project, for Matteson Architects of Portland Oreg0n, I was commissioned to provide models capable of presenting the difference between two separate exterior surfacing materials. I created two versions of a condominium complex, identical in every respect except for the surfacing. Version one (foreground) features a fine white brick texture, whereas version two (background) presents a honey-colored tile surface. Both retain the heavy brick surface around the bottom, inherent to the prototype. More photos below. Scale 1/4" = 1 foot.
